Jerry Johnson 
Jerome Johnson is a retired transportation economist with experience in freight marketing and rail corridor evaluations and transactions. He holds degrees in engineering and business management. He has been involved, formally or informally, with several area corridor initiatives to include Southwest Light Rail, Bottineau light rail, Rush Line trail and the Lake Wobegon Trail. He lives in St. Paul and is from West Central Minnesota. He is a co-founder of Citizen Advocates for Regional Transit.

Mat Hollinshead 
Retired, with some consulting and volunteering. Transit Representative, Transportation Advisory Board, Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Member-at-Large, Southwest Light Rail Citizens Advisory Committee, Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Past Grid 6 (Ford Site) board member, Highland District Council and member, HDC Transportation Committee. Past chair, University United, Merriam Park Community Council. Past board member, Midway Chamber of Commerce. St. Paul native and resident. He is a co-founder of Citizen Advocates for Regional Transit.

Jim Schoettler 
Jim Schoettler is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Architecture with a bachelor degree in Environmental Design and earned an MBA from the Carlson School, also at the UofM. He started his career as a planner at the Metropolitan Council, then held several positions in financial analysis and retired from Wells Fargo as a trust asset manager. He is a co-founder of Citizen Advocates for Regional Transit.

Jay Severance 
Jay Severance is a retired planning and operations executive from a Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company. His experience includes General Management, Supply Chain Management, and Business Process Re-Engineering in U.S and European business units. He holds a BSME, MBA and is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management. He is a co-founder of Citizens Advocates for Regional Transit, and board member of All Aboard Minnesota. He resides in Downtown Saint Paul Mn.

Greg Struve 
Greg Struve is a retired Civil Engineer and Real Estate Developer. As A lifelong St Paul resident, he received his Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from St Thomas College. Following 15 years in Civil Engineering as a Professional Engineer registered in Minnesota, he followed opportunities to develop Retail Real Estate. The first eight years were spent with a private developer and the last 15 years were spent at the Target Corporation Real Estate Department. Greg still lives in St Paul and believes in its future. He is a co-founder of Citizen Advocates for Regional Transit.

Joe Landsberger  
Joe Landsberger is a life-long resident of the City of Saint Paul. For the past 40+ years has lived in and actively participated in organizations of the West Seventh, including as board member of the West Seventh Street Federation/District 9 Community Council, president of both the West Seventh Business Association and Czech and Slovak Sokol Minnesota. He has researched and written seven histories of Fort Road/West Seventh Street neighborhoods and served on and organized multiple task forces for neighborhood projects including developing and maintaining the North High Bridge Park and Sculpture Garden. 

Kathleen Corley
Kathleen Corley retired from a multi-faceted career in education, law, small business management and finance, and executive roles as an interim leader for multiple organizations in the nonprofit sector. She holds a BA in Political Science and a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota, and a JD from William Mitchell (now Mitchell Hamline) School of Law. A long-time community activist, Kathleen resides in Saint Paul’s West End.

Rick Cousins   
For close to 40 years, Rick Cousins ran a small crew building things with concrete, brick, stone and masonry materials. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science, and has ridden trains, other public transit, and bicycled on six continents and the island of Cuba. He lives in Hennepin County, and is the only current member of CART to do so. Rick attempts to bring a builder’s perspective to CART’s work, and continues to have more questions than answers about all matters in life.

We evaluate transit initiatives and advocate for solutions that promote a comprehensive network of transit alternatives to provide a balanced, accessible and coordinated transit system for the Twin Cities Metro area Including the following:
--Evaluating transit alternatives to optimize transit network performance.
--Developing independent concepts or supporting proposed alternatives which best serve the transit needs of the community,
--Communicating and advocating for the best solutions. -- Optimizing regional transportation network performance encompassing Inter-city and Intra-city public/private financed inter-modal surface transport options with appropriate connectivity and access.
